GP Glass is looking for glazing apprentices to begin at the start of 2025.
Glazing is a four year apprenticeship and over this time you will have the opportunity to develop skills in cutting and processing a large range of glass products, manufacturing and installing of windows, hinged doors, sliding doors, bi fold doors, building facades, shower screens and balustrade.
We will provide you with on-the-job training and you will also attend TAFE training in Hobart.
Do you have
• A strong work ethic, willingness to learn and motivation to succeed.
• A driver’s licence or the ability to attain one.
• Ability to communicate effectively and positively with co-workers and clients.
• Ability to work in a team environment to meet timeframes and supervisor/ client expectations.
• Well developed literacy and numeracy skills and ability to read and follow instructions.
• A good fitness level in order to successfully undertake this physically demanding role.
