About the Role
We’re seeking an Apprentice Fitter to join our Stapylton Can Manufacturing Plant. This is a full-time permanent role on a day shift 7am – 3.30pm. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Working under the supervision of qualified Fitters to complete routine maintenance tasks.
• Attending TAFE and completing coursework to complete your apprenticeship.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.

What You’ll Bring

• Ideally looking for apprentices in their 4^th year or nearly completed their 3^rd year.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments a bonus.
• Mechanically minded and interested in hands-on tasks.
• Passion for your trade and willingness to learn.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to safety.
