Apprentice Electrician

We are looking for a 1st year Apprentice Electrician to join our team in Deception Bay, who is looking to gain experience in the following: the installation of New Homes, Commercial Electrical, Solar Panels, Security installations and maintenance, Automation, Civil Works and/or Comms if not, don't worry as we will train the right candidate!

With further expansion for 2025 and beyond in the pipeline, we are a leading installer of Electrical for New Homes, Commercial Buildings, Communications, security, automation and residential solar energy and battery systems. We specialise in connecting people with affordable and environmentally sustainable energy, and we have an opportunity for a 1st year Apprentice Electrician to work in-field across a number of projects. A great working culture (see the Electrical team pictured) we work hard but we have fun too! We are looking for someone who enjoys the camaraderie of being part of a team, is motivated to learn and do quality work and get the job completed.

The Type of Work

The work is a mix of all of the above plus varied electrical maintenance work in our luxury resorts. You will also be learning solar installation in a variety of other locations. The work is generally all low and easy access where you will work in small teams. You will be working with a qualified Electrician and learning a variety of new skills and tasks, whilst completing your Cert III in Electrotechnology.

Requirements:

• Current Driver's License
• Current OHS induction card (White card)
• Working at heights certificate advantageous
• Excellent communication, customer service skills and work ethic are essential.
