WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO LEARN

As a Cake & Pastry Apprentice, you’ll dive into the world of handcrafted baking. You’ll learn how to:

• Craft a variety of cakes, pastries, and savoury items from scratch.


• Work with skilled bakers and pastry cooks to produce high-quality baked goods.


• Operate production equipment and handle ingredients to ensure everything is made to perfection.
