A locally owned & operated, based in Kalgoorlie - Boulder with a strong emphasis on project scope of work deliverables, including tank refurbishments & new builds, structural steel remediation programs, steel fabrication & welding, fixed plant maintenance & repairs, construction; asset protection (Industrial Coatings Division) as well as workshop fabrication offering a huge variety in the scope of work they deliver.

They offer end to end solutions for clients being a one stop service provider and known for being specialists in the field throughout the Goldfields.

General duties of the apprentice/trainee:

You will develop advanced skills in mechanical cutting, metal fabrication, and various welding techniques. Additionally, you will become adept in the use of hand tools, industrial equipment, precise measurement, and calculations, equipping you to pursue your certification as a qualified tradesperson.

This position will provide you with exposure to both a workshop environment and works across our client mine and construction sites.

• Pre-Apprenticeship training and / or experience as a Trade Assistant an advantage

Essential Selection Criteria

• National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain a clean record on new clearance)


• Driver's License


• Ability to pass a Full Pre-Employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening


• References must be made available for shortlisted candidates
