Full Time

At M2P Engineering, we do engineering and construction differently. As an Apprentice Boilermaker, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, working on a range of projects that will enhance your skills and broaden your experience. You won’t be pigeonholed into repetitive tasks; instead, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse assignments and gain knowledge in various areas.

Based in Orange, NSW, you’ll leverage your growing expertise to contribute to successful project outcomes. You’ll work alongside experienced team members who are always ready to assist and share their knowledge.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Assisting with welding and fabrication tasks

• Learning and applying new techniques and technologies

• Supporting experienced boilermakers with various tasks

• Ensuring safety and quality standards are met on site

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A genuine interest in becoming a skilled boilermaker

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn

• Basic mechanical aptitude or relevant experience

• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Ideally, you will also have:

• Previous experience in a similar environment (desirable but not essential)

• A proactive attitude and a strong work ethic

• Flexibility to work on different tasks as required
