We are seeking a motivated and reliable Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team in Joondalup. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and basic accounting knowledge who is looking to grow their skills within a supportive and well established business.

• General administrative support
• Bookkeeping duties
• Assisting with accounts processing
• Working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Supporting the wider office team as required

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Good communication skills
• A general understanding of accounting principles
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Skills as listed above
• Previous administrative or accounts experience is an advantage
• Driver’s licence is desirable but not essential
