This role is perfect for a trade-qualified professional with a passion for diagnostics, installations, and repairs in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring systems run smoothly, and delivering top-notch technical expertise.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in a timely and effective manner.
• Conducting regular inspections and providing preventative maintenance services.
• Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met and providing professional advice when required.
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation of work completed.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Staying up to date with advancements in HVAC technology and techniques.

What you need to bring:

• Trade qualifications in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Current ARCtick licence (essential).
• Proven experience in a similar role, with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A current Queensland manual driver’s licence.
• Working at Heights and Restricted Electrical Licence (desirable but not essential).
