About Just Chill Air Conditioning

Just Chill Air Conditioning and Electrical are a friendly family owned and run business located in O’Connor south of the river in Western Australia. They carry out air conditioning installations, maintenance, servicing and repairs on all brands of split system, reverse cycle ducted and evaporative air conditioning units for residential and commercial properties.

They are approved warranty agents for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Actron Air and Daikin Just Chill also install air conditioners for Bunnings. 

 

About the role

As their business continues to grow, they are seeking an enthusiastic Air Conditioning and Refrigeration apprentice at any stage of their apprenticeship to join their team or someone looking at starting an apprenticeship.

This is a full-time apprenticeship which includes one day at Tafe and four days on the job.

This is a great opportunity for you if you are looking to kick start your career in the industry or if you are currently searching for a new employer.

Your duties would include but not limited to:

  • Assisting tradesmen with day-to-day tasks.
  • Re stocking the van with required tools, parts and materials.
  • Helping to pack up and clean up after jobs, to make sure tools are collected and placed back into the van.
  • Service and clean all types of air conditioning units.
  • Help our installation team with replacement and new installations of split system, reverse cycle ducted and evaporative units.
  • Learn how to diagnose and repair all brands of air conditioning units.

 

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a genuine interest in the industry with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Have a strong commitment to ongoing learning and training.
  • Be punctual, reliable, and hard working.
  • Hold a current WA driver’s license.
  • A white card is preferrable but not necessary.
