• Review technician job notes submitted in Simpro and generate polished job reports using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT).
• Upload completed reports into Simpro and update job status for internal review.
• Cross-check technician site visit times against vehicle GPS tracking data; adjust job records as needed.
• Monitor incomplete/missing technician time logs and resolve discrepancies.
• Support invoice data entry: extract parts from supplier invoices and enter them into job records.
• Additional admin support tasks as required, with potential to expand into other areas (e.g. accounts).
