Workshop Fitter | Mackay | $55 flat rate, Perm 

🛠️ Opportunity: Prefer candidates with mining experience and understanding of mine site safety; seeking individuals with a positive attitude and ability to learn quickly to operate and maintain a fleet including CAT trucks, dozers, loaders, graders, and Hitachi & Liebherr excavators.

🎓 Experience: Requires an Australian recognized trade certificate, unrestricted work rights in Australia, extensive experience in mine site operations including breakdowns, troubleshooting, diagnostics, servicing, and component changes across CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, and Hitachi equipment; must possess a current Australian driver’s license and obtain a National Police Clearance.

💰 Benefits: Full-time position earns upwards of $55 per hour + 11% Super, with Super paid on all hours worked; includes a $4k sign-on bonus paid in two installments after probation, $5k referral bonus, and covers tool shipment from anywhere in Australia to the site.
