WA FIFO Casual Painters - Expressions of Interest

We are seeking Expressions of Interest for FIFO Maintenance Trade Qualified Painters to join the Delta FM Western Australia Casual Team. Scope of work would be conducting general Painting maintenance tasks on our remote Delta FM sites to keep our Accommodation Villages operational and safe. Working among an established Trades team, on existing infrastructure such as Temporary and Permanent Accommodation buildings such as Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Dining Halls, Laundries, Gyms, Offices etc. We only have Casual Painting positions available, as such, only current Casual team members will be considered.

THE PERSON

• Based in Western Australia and able to access Perth Airport for flights to regional sites across Pilbara and Goldfields
• Australian Cert III Painting or equivalent
• Confident/self-sufficient in using Hand Tools, experience in domestic/commercial construction or maintenance background
• Aware that in the recruitment process we will eventually do a reference check with your current team leader
• Undergo a Video Interview with the DeltaFM Management team
• Pass A Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Test
• Current Australian Working Rights, Valid Australian Drivers Licence, White Card, Police Check within 12 months

THE ROSTERS

1. FIFO Casual FIFO up to 14 Days at a Time - Rates from $47.76 Gross Per Hour + Penalties + Super

• Working up to 14 Days on site, with a minimum of 7 days at home thereafter. 154 Hours
• 3 Hours Travel paid if flying on RNR Day
• Works can be sporadic, works are received as per site based requirements.
• Able to work in your current contract, as well as DeltaFM

• Fortnightly Pay with Above Award Wages
• Only current Compass Casual staff will be considered for FIFO Casual roles
