We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Trainee Tyre Fitter to join our team based in Perth. The ideal candidate should have an interest in tyre fitting as a long-term career and possess a full manual Australian driver's licence (or be willing to obtain one).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquire a Light Truck Licence as soon as possible upon commencement of employment.
- Complete Certificate 2 level training for light and heavy tyre fitting.
- Assist in the fitting and servicing of OTR and truck tyres.
- Work closely with experienced team members to learn and develop essential skills.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Adhere to company procedures, policies, and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Full manual Australian driver's licence.
- Willingness to obtain a Light Truck Licence.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a tyre fitter, is advantageous.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Interest in tyre fitting as a long-term career.
