Your future role


 


Take on a new challenge and apply your administrative expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Technical Superintendent, and work alongside a close-knit team of technical and training professionals. You'll play a critical role in coordinating and delivering the training activities for the Wulkuraka Maintenance Facility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to organise training, deliver inductions and training, and maintain the competency and training framework for the operation.


We’ll look to you for:


 



  • Conducting training needs analysis for the QNGR operation.

  • Creating training manuals and training content.

  • Creating and updating existing training manuals and technical documentation.

  • Collecting and analysing data from training activities.

  • Coordinating and delivering training for the operation.

  • Conducting competency assessments for a variety of tasks.

  • Reporting on training/competency activities.

  • A patient and calm demeanor, with the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

  • The proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver training/competency in a professional manner.

  • IT savvy with experience using MS Office tools.

  • Experience in similar role, coordinating and delivering training in an operational/maintenance environment.

  • A Cetificate III in Engineering Trade (Mechanical) or similar.
