Sydney Based Painter/ Blasters required for Site Work

As we continue to secure projects across NSW, Alfabs enters a growth phase where we are seeking experienced Industrial Painter/ Blasters and Trade Qualified Painters to join our team, who are willing to travel. Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 12 months + experience in industrial painter/blasting
- Experience with Airless and conventional spray application
- Protective coating application by brush and roller
- Surface preparation including use of mechanical tools
- Drivers license and willingness to travel
- Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
- Strong commitment to safety
- Trade certificate or relevant qualification
- Exceptional work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- The ability to work overtime to assist with achieving company goals
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
