Civmec is looking for experienced Scaffolding Supervisors with a proven track record in delivering scaffolding solutions and managing vertical projects within the resources sector. This is a prime opportunity to join our Construction and Maintenance divisions and make a meaningful impact. 

The Role

• Oversee the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
• Maintain adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of scaffolders, providing guidance and support
• Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
• Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes and accurate weekly reporting
• Manage labour relations and coordinate with the representative groups to ensure a harmonious workplace;

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience working on a large-scale construction and/or maintenance projects in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding structures, materials, industry regulations, risk assessments and safety protocols
• Managing and driving completions and work crews.
• Well-honed project planning and scheduling skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and stakeholder management
