We are seeking an Supervisor – Electrical on a 2/1 FIFO roster to oversee daily electrical construction works, ensuring safe, productive, and compliant delivery across our projects.
This role requires strong trade skills, excellent people and project coordination capability, and a solid understanding of electrical regulations in construction environments.
This role reports to the Site Manager / Site Superintendent, your key responsibilities will be:
Supervise electrical construction activities and coordinate labour, subcontractors, and suppliers
Produce 6‑week look‑ahead schedules and manage procurement of materials, plant, and equipment
Maintain planning tools, site diaries, reports, and quality documentation
Monitor resources and timelines to support efficient project delivery
Identify hazards, manage risks, and conduct regular inspections
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements
Lead or contribute to Daily Pre‑Start and Toolbox meetings
Support a culture of teamwork, safety, and high performance
Act as the responsible person under Schedule 26 when required

A‑Grade Electrical Trade qualification
Ability to register as an Electrical Contractor’s Nominee within 3 months
Completion (or commitment to complete) Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor requirements
Experience managing labour, procurement, and subcontractors
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience implementing safety and quality programs
