We are looking for a/an Spray Painter Blaster to join our Services_EAPA team in Australia .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform abrasive blasting and spray painting to clean, prepare, and coat mechanical and electrical rotating machinery.
- Apply protective coatings and finishes according to specifications, ensuring durability and compliance.
- Operate workshop equipment, including forklifts and rigging tools, to move and handle large machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to company QESH systems and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, following company policies and promoting teamwork and positive communication.
- Assist with general workshop tasks, including documentation, stores relief, and parts pickup and delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role (2+ years).
- Ability to complete tasks on time, and to the highest standards with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, team player with good people and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and have their own transport.
