Join us as our new Subsea Asset Mechanical Crew Supervisor.

DOF Australia is seeking an experienced Subsea Asset Mechanical Crew Supervisor to join our dynamic Diving team in the APAC Region. This role will work closely with our Subsea Asset crew to ensure the maintenance and repair of saturation diving equipment, ensuring high safety standards, and efficiency.

As a key member of the Diving team, the Subsea Asset Mechanical Crew Supervisor will be responsible for supervising crew operations, facilitating communication between onshore and offshore diving team, and ensuring that all tasks align with company policies and regulatory standards. This role necessitates strong leadership skills and a proven track record in maintaining diving and auxiliary equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the Subsea Asset Crew, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Perform routine maintenance on systems and equipment, including troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements as needed.
• Ensure the currency and validity of certification and records for equipment maintenance.
• Complete maintenance of DOF Australia owned diving and auxiliary equipment.
• Assist during the inspection, certification, and PMS of relevant diving equipment in accordance with DOF Operations Manuals, DOF Offshore Competence and Assurance Scheme and IMCA Guidelines.
• Maintain a complete and up-to-date awareness of statutory and regulatory requirements relating to inspection, testing and certification of Diving related equipment, information, and Data management.
• Raise Material Requisitions as and when required with a timely supply of equipment.
• Mentor and guide Subsea Asset Technicians, ensuring high-quality work standards and actively supporting their professional development and career progression within the company.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Mechanical Trade Certificate or Mechanical Engineering Qualification
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within diving operations.
• Strong technical background in maintaining subsea diving systems.
• Proficiency in standard office software, including TM Master V2 and report writing.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging environments.
• Strong understanding of HSEQ standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant legislation, industry regulators and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
