Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for Skilled Construction Workers to join our high performing project team based on site in the western suburbs of Rockhampton heading towards the Gladstone region. We require candidates with experience in all elements of civil construction work (earthworks, road building, subdivisions, drainage, pipeworks and minor structures). 

Type of roles we are recruiting for:

• Riggers/Dogmans


• Dozer Operators


• Vac Lift Operators


• Excavator Operators


• Roller Operators


• Grader Operators


• Labourers

Skills and Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction, will be viewed favourably.


• Current drivers license.


• Current Construction Blue/White Card


• The ability to read and interpret plans


• A strong safety focus


• Attention to detail


• Be able to work well as part of a large team or autonomously.
