About the Role

NEPEAN Power is expanding and we are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Services Electrician to join our growing team based in Thornton, NSW. This full‑time opportunity will see you carrying out varied hands-on electrical installation, working across both workshop and field environments. You will support electrical fit‑outs, overhauls, repairs, commissioning, and ongoing service for major customers across industrial, utilities and mining sectors.

Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent and working closely under the Electrical Leading Hand, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality electrical solutions and providing exceptional support to both internal and external clients. As this role will require working on customer sites you will be required to travel and spend up to a week Living Away from Home across the Eastern and Western states as required. 

In this role, you will:

• Assist with all sites electrical fit‑outs, project work, and service activities
• Interpret electrical schematics and scopes of work
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high productivity
• Investigate issues, diagnose faults, and recommend corrective actions
• Carry out fault finding, function testing, and equipment checks

Our Ideal Candidate

You will bring a strong technical mindset and a commitment to safe, high‑quality work and ideally possess:

• Electrical trade qualifications with ~ 3 years’ industry experience (or equivalent combination of training and experience)
• Strong background in industrial electrical equipment
• Experience with electrical commissioning
• Valid Australian working rights
