As our clients are expanding, Sure People are now seeking multiple Site Admin personnel. We have a mixture of Perth based site admin roles as well as site based FIFO admin roles.
If you have at least 3 years’ experience within admin roles in construction and mining and can handle a fast-paced work schedule, the below may be suited to you:
- Perth based – Mon to Fri
- Perth Based – 8:6
- FIFO rosters – 4:3, 5:2, 7:7, 2:1, 2:8, 3:1
Roles are starting from mid-September onwards. To be a successful candidate, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Arranging flights and accommodation
- Follow up / Request and upkeep of valid documentation/compliance
- Maintaining and updating weekly rosters and staff registers,
- Maintaining timesheets and updating data for weekly wages,
- Raising purchase orders as required,
- Negotiating with suppliers, following up on orders and taking delivery of purchases.
- Data entry
- Support, maintain and coordinate day-to-day office requirements or site requirements
- Assisting with data entry for schedules
- Reception duties when required
- Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of HSEQ Systems.
Position requirements:
- High level of accuracy, and aptitude for identifying potential disruptions with travel bookings and rosters
- Experience with Share point, Dash pivot, Microsoft Project, Xero and Workflow Max is desired, though not essential
- Friendly and professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- A team player who can ensure consistent workflow and smooth transitions between rosters and shifts
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook,
- Previous experience working with complex rosters will be favourably considered
- White card (willing to obtain)
- Full driver licence (essential)
