The Project

ACCIONA has been awarded a major wharf infrastructure project at Port Hedland for the Pilbara Ports Authority. This is the first stage of the Lumsden Point General Cargo Facility and Logistics Hub (LCGF) – a transformative multi-user facility designed to:

  • Enable the export of critical minerals
  • Support the import of renewable energy infrastructure
  • Facilitate the import/export of general cargo
  • Accommodate the import of bulk liquids such as fuel and chemicals

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our site team in Port Hedland. This role provides high-quality administrative support to the wider project team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you’re based in WA and looking for an exciting career step with a Tier 1 contractor, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel and accommodation for the rostered project team
• Provide onboarding support and deliver responsive day-to-day administration
• Collate weekly timesheets, liaise with payroll, and manage data entry
• Procure site supplies and manage logistics requirements
• Prepare project administration reports and maintain accurate records
• Raise purchase orders and receipt goods, and issue invoices

Required Skills and Competencies

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or a similar role
  • Previous experience in the resource sector and FIFO is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to engage at all levels
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Current driver licence and reliable vehicle
