The Position
• Deliver efficient administrative support to site operations
• Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
• Liaise with internal departments and external contractors
• Assist with rostering, travel bookings and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
The Person
• Previous experience in site administration or similar role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in remote environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
