About the Role

As a Trade Qualified Fitter, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-speed machinery. Reporting to the shift supervisor, you'll work rotating shifts (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am) and play a crucial role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating and maintaining high-speed machinery
• Troubleshooting and fixing mechanical breakdowns
• Performing preventive maintenance and assisting with machinery changeovers
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Contributing to continuous improvement and minimizing downtime

What We’re Looking For

• Trade Qualified Fitter with at least 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience (ideally in a high-volume manufacturing environment)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• A can-do attitude with the willingness to help out wherever needed
• Ability to work rotating shifts and a commitment to safety and quality
• Pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol testing)
