We are seeking a Senior Associate | Mechanical Team Lead to join our Brisbane office, someone who not only has a deep passion and expertise in the field but also demonstrates a strong problem-solving mindset. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Australia. You should possess a solid grasp of mechanical engineering principles, proficiency in design software, and exceptional analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are crucial, as our projects frequently involve collaboration across multiple disciplinaries.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field


• 8+ years of Australian experience in mechanical engineering


• Proficient in electrical engineering principles and design software


• Strong experience leading a large team of talented Mechanical Engineers


• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills


• Strong communication and collaborative abilities
