Day to day duties include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling of our Trades and Suppliers for installations
• Designing and documenting high-performance HVAC systems - from luxury to entry level homes
• Collaborating with high-end builders, architects, and designers to create overall comfort for their homes
• Refining and implementing industry-leading systems, optimizing processes through Plandroid, Polyplan and Other Company Specific Programs
• Building strong, long-term client relationships and being a trusted advisor in the HVAC space.
• Working closely with a highly skilled and supportive team to ensure excellence in design, estimation, and project execution
• Analysing system efficiencies and running costs to enhance client decision-making
• Researching new technologies and market trends to maintain industry leadership
• Be willing to help make positive changes and help us grow by using contacts and resources

To be successful in this position you must:

• Be extremely organized and efficient
• Computer skills is a must- word, excel, AC design software
• Show initiative with a mature work ethic
• Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Relationship building with Clients and Colleagues.
• Be customer focused
• Attention to detail on drawings and addendums.
• Willing to learn and take on new tasks
