ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking an experienced Scaffold Supervisor who identify as First Nations Australian for a long-term 12-month project at Boddington Mine Site. This role offers stability, a consistent 8:6 roster, and the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced crew within the resources sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading scaffold crews across maintenance and shutdown projects on major mining sites throughout Western Australia. Key responsibilities for the position include:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily scaffold operations across site.
  • Ensure scaffolding work is completed safely, efficiently, and to site requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop scaffold crews to maintain a strong team culture.
  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and safety inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, site standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and site management teams.

  • High Risk Work Licence – Advanced Scaffolding
  • Previous experience in a Scaffold Supervisor position within the mining industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Sound knowledge of mining safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to mentor and support workforce development
  • Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person
