The Role:
SRG Global is seeking experienced Rope Access Boilermakers to join our team across ongoing maintenance and capital works opportunities in the Southwest.
We’re looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working in a team environment, take pride in their work and are committed to building strong working relationships while developing their skills alongside experienced tradespeople.
- Ongoing maintenance and capital works opportunities
- Monday to Friday roster, with 40–50 hours per week
- Standard working hours of 6:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Casual employment
- Competitive base rates plus applicable penalties
- Overtime opportunities, including night shifts and weekends
- Paid site inductions

The successful applicant will have:
- Current IRATA qualification
- Valid Driving License
- Boilermaker Trade qualification
- Ability to pass 3G & 6G quals
- Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Confined Space (within 2 years)
- Construction Induction Card (White or Blue card)
- Ability to pass site & company medical testing requirements
Key Responsibilities include:
- Proven Trade experience in Boiler making/Welding activities
- Conduct rope access works, ensuring projects run smoothly and according to scope.
- Rope access equipment fitting and pre-use checks.
- (Desirable) High Risk Work License – incl. Rigging, Forklift, EWP etc
- Liaising with the Site Manager/Supervisor regarding any issues
- Maintaining all equipment.
