Job Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using plumbing techniques.
• Detect leaks, assess water drainage systems, and ensure the plumbing components of the roof are functioning properly.
• Collaborate with the roofing team to troubleshoot and solve plumbing-related issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.

Essential Qualifications:

• Recent full-time experience in this line of work. (presently employed)
• Proven experience as a plumber with specialization in roofing plumbing.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and roofing materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desired Experience:

• 5 years of experience specifically in roofing plumbing.
• Experience working on commercial and residential roofing projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to roofing plumbing.
• Experience with tools and equipment used in roofing plumbing projects.

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $74,000 - $85,000

Future Benefits:

• Subsequent entrant visa for family. (generally, after 6 months work)
