Roller Operator - FIFO Camp Build 2:1 Roster

About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Roller Operators to support our camp build team on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This role requires operators with a keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality compaction work.
Key Duties:
- Operate roller machinery to compact materials, achieving specified density and smoothness levels.
- Conduct pre-start checks on equipment to ensure safe operations throughout the day.
- Work closely with other operators to coordinate compaction efforts across the site.
- Monitor and report any machine issues promptly to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to site-specific safety protocols and actively participate in toolboxes and safety briefings.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Roller Operator, particularly on construction or mining sites.
- Roller VOC certification preferred.
- Strong awareness of safety practices and teamwork.
