RIW & Civil Labourers - Sydney

• $35.65-$40ph + Penalties + Travel allowance (depending on role)

Duties & Responsibilities 
  
Due to an impressive project pipeline spanning across the Sydney Metro areas, we are currently seeking Civil Labourers. 
Projects include (but not limited to): Rail, civil, infrastructure and construction. 

• Perform Civil labouring duties as required on construction sites.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Work on Rail inducted sites across.
• Assisting with digging trenches for pipes, cables, or foundations and installing shoring or barriers as needed.
• Setting up formwork, mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete for slabs, footings, or curbs.
• Work collaboratively with the project team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Moving materials, tools, and equipment around site, and keeping work areas clear of debris and hazards.

Skills & Qualifications 

• Proven experience as a labourer in civil, rail, infrastructure, or general construction.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid RIW card with up-to-date subscription.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Any relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., White Card) are advantageous.
• (Own Transport is desirable)
