THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced and safety conscious Riggers/Fitters  to join our NIGHT SHIFT team in Pelican Point, South Australia for a 2-month tank construction project. Full time with plenty of penalty rates!  At this time we are seeking local candidates only.

Rigger

• RA or RI Required
• Scaffolding tickets desirable
• EWP and forklift ticket highly regarded
• Open to assist with other tasks on site as required

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

• Previous civil construction experience - desired
• 5 years + site experience
• Construction induction card
• Safe Work at Heights (valid within the last 3 years) mandatory
• Confined space ticket (valid within the last 3 years) mandatory
• Valid HR Driver’s license
• Proof of right to work in Australia – please provide a valid passport (along with visa if applicable) or birth certificate
• The ability to work within a team and unsupervised
• Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks - the role may involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling
• High safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol test
