Voltex is on the lookout for an electrician to join our energetic Technical Support team at the Adelaide Head Office.

It’s a sparky role with a unique difference, helping other electricians with installations and making installations easier without having to install yourself.

 What you’ll be doing as a Voltex Technical Support Specialist

• Communicate with care to customers through multiple mediums to ensure great installation outcomes.
• Support internal teams with product info and training to keep service top-notch.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently using your electrical know-how.
• Type confidently and communicate with empathy and clarity to turn frustrations into wins.
• Stay calm under pressure, adapt fast, and juggle tasks like a pro.

• Qualified Sparky: Licensed in Australia or NZ.
• Detail Ninja: Organised and on top of things, from inboxes to client follow-ups.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with IT and quick to research and relay insights to our product team.
• People Person: You’re warm, confident, and know how to make customers feel heard.
• Cool Under Pressure: Fast thinker, adaptable, and quick on your feet.
• Fast Learner: Quick to pick up new systems and apply knowledge.
• Team Player: You’re selfless, helpful, and love solving problems.
