We’re hiring reliable Labourers & Machine Operators to join a busy, family-owned timber manufacturer with 30+ years in the industry.

The Role:
We are seeking experienced Labourers & Machine Operators to assist with ensuring a smooth, efficient production process by performing the below duties 

Labourers:

• Assist with building pallets and timber products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Feeding machinery with timber products 
• General lifting, carrying & stacking of timber 

Machine Operators: 

• Operating Pallet & Docking machines to produce satisfactory Timber products for distribution 
• General fault finding and trouble shooting of machines 
• Light maintenance and repairs on machines where required 
• General lifting, carrying & stacking of timber 

What We Need:

• Labourers: Prior labouring / factory / construction experience 
• Machine Operators: Prior experience operating machinery (timber or steel background highly regarded) 
• Highly reliable – must show up on time, every shift
• Fast-paced, high performing individual
• Physically fit & safety focused
• Driver’s licence & reliable transport (essential)
• Forklift licence (bonus, not required)
