**Our Client:**Our client, based in Eltham and servicing Melbourne's East, North, and Inner Suburbs, is a family owned and operated business seeking a dedicated and experienced Air-Con Refrigeration Technician to join their team. They provide a fun and respectful working environment and focus on both domestic and commercial projects, including government and council contracts. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a thriving business with a strong reputation.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Air-conditioning installations, maintenance, and repairs for both domestic and commercial clients, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Work on projects ranging from residential to government contracts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience with split systems, ducted systems, multi-head split systems ,
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Requirements:** - Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
