The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified Carpenter to join our Retirement Living site team based on the Central Coast, ideally in the Gosford area. This role will service projects across the Central Coast, Northern Sydney and the Newcastle region, reporting to a Site Manager and delivering high-quality unit refurbishments and renovations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day carpentry tasks with a focus on fix and fit off.
• Work closely with key subcontractors
• Adhere to OHS policies and procedures
• Mentor an apprentice
• Ensure construction projects are built in line with building regulations and to schedule.

The successful applicant will bring to the role:

• Qualified carpenter who shows initiative and professionalism
• Experience in the residential construction
• Competent multitasker with the ability to work on multiple small projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a close-knit team
• Valid driver’s license
• Exhibit high attention to detail and pride in workmanship
