We are partnering with a growing mechanical services contractor delivering HVAC projects across commercial and industrial sectors. Due to continued project demand, they are seeking a Project Administrator to support project teams and ensure smooth coordination across all stages of delivery.
The Opportunity This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of project activity. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams to provide administrative, financial, and documentation support across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and site teams
- Maintain and manage project documentation, registers, and filing systems
- Assist with preparation of progress claims, variations, and reporting
- Coordinate procurement documentation including purchase orders and subcontractor records
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
- Prepare meeting minutes and assist with project communications
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping across all project systems
- Support project closeout including documentation and handover packs
About You
- Experience in a Project Administrator, Contracts Administrator, or Office Support role within construction, HVAC, or engineering (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn
