Pressure Welder | Acacia Ridge

- 🛠️ **Opportunity**: Safely complete pressure welding and testing of Company products, including skids, pipe spools, and pressure vessels.
- 🎓 **Experience**: Certified MIG (GMAW, FCAW) and MMAW welder, ASME IX and AS/NZS3992 qualified, with exceptional work ethic and prior pressure welding experience in industrial, mining, or gas sectors.
- 💰 **Responsibilities**:
  - **Manufacturing**: Fabricate products to high standards, weld water/gas pipes (AS4041-2006, ASME B31.3-2008), test and record pipe spools (AS4037), and operate various workshop equipment.
  - **Quality**: Ensure compliance with quality standards and systems.
  - **General**: Communicate effectively, identify improvement opportunities, and potentially perform onsite installations.
- 📜 **Extras**: Enforce Manufacturing Procedure, QA Testing Procedure, and Inspection & Checking. Complete and pass a 6G weld coupon test.

KPIs: Fabricate skids and pressure vessels defect-free within allocated times. Follow OH&S procedures, report hazards, and participate in OH&S training.
