We currently have a number of opportunities for experienced Poly Welders and Trades Assistants with Water experience to work for our client a major mining operator. These roles are FIFO Perth working a 2:2 roster all days on an initial 6-month contract with mid and late November starts.
Poly Welders
The Role
- Completion of inhouse water projects including pipeline and bore works
- Weld and install HDPE pipelines fittings and connection.
- Assist with bore installations.
About You
- Proven polywelding and dewatering experience.
- Polywelding ticket with experience welding HDPE pipe.
- Ideally you will have dogging, forklift and non-slewing crane tickets.
- Experience operating an IT Loader.
Trades Assistants Water
The Role
- Support general site duties to complete inhouse water projects.
- Assist with bore installations, preparing tools, materials and work areas.
- Complete mechanical bolt ups on pipework, fittings and equipment.
- Perform dogging tasks.
- Conduct fuel runs.
About You
- Construction experience working on mine site or water infrastructure projects.
- Current Dogging ticket.
- Experience with bore installations and mechanical bolt ups.
- Experience using hand tools.
