Plumbing Supervisor | FIFO 8:6

Pearl Recruitment are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to assist with a Camp Extension. Working collaboratively in a small dual trade team, this is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Supervisor who can lead the plumbing works, coordinate trades/materials and daily work fronts to keep the project on schedule. This position will be working on an 8:6 roster, for an estimated 6-month project.
  
About the Role:
This position will see you responsible for, but not limited to;

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing works associated with a camp extension.
• Plan daily activities and coordinate labour, materials and equipment.
• Monitor work quality, productivity and progress against project schedules.
• Ensure all plumbing works comply with relevant standards, specifications and site requirements.
• Liaise with project management and other trades to ensure smooth coordination of works.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact progress or quality.

  
To Be Successful:
To be successful, you will possess;

• Proven experience supervising plumbing works on FIFO camp or accommodation projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read plans, interpret specifications and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously on site.

• Trade Certificate 
• Relevant Licences 
• Ability to obtain National Police Clearance
• White card 
• Drivers Licence 
• Ability to complete pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

Further Details:

• Rate of pay: $85–$90 per hour
• Roster: 8:6
• Duration: Estimated 6 months
