About the Role
Aestec Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our team, overseeing works on one of our client’s industrial sites. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day activities, coordinate teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing teams on-site
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met
• Liaise with clients, site representatives, and management to ensure smooth delivery of works
• Plan and allocate resources effectively, including labour, tools, and materials
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, procedures, and site requirements
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to trades and apprentices

About You

• Trade qualification in Plumbing (with current QBCC licence highly regarded)
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leading hand role within an industrial or construction environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage priorities under pressure
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• White Card and current driver’s licence required
