Full Job Description
Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor for a major multi-purpose sports court development in Brisbane. This is an opportunity to lead crews on a large project from the ground up, with a strong pipeline of ongoing work available.

This role will suit someone with strong commercial plumbing experience who can lead teams, coordinate site activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project standards.

About the Role
You'll oversee and coordinate plumbing works through all stages of the project, including:

• Supervising civil and groundwork plumbing works
• Managing in-ground installations and underground services
• Overseeing trade waste and stormwater systems
• Coordinating rough-ins, fit-offs and deck fit-out works
• Reading plans, drawings and specifications
• Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors on site
• Liaising with project managers, builders and other trades
• Ensuring safety, quality and project deadlines are met

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or Leading Hand
• Strong commercial plumbing knowledge
• Ability to lead teams and manage site activities
• Understanding of plumbing standards and codes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and drive outcomes

Requirements

• Current QLD Plumbing & Drainage Licence
• Construction White Card
• Valid Driver's Licence
• First Aid Cert (Preferred) 
• EWP & WAH (Advantageous)
