    What You’ll Be Doing<\/span><\/span><\/b>

    You’ll work closely with management to coordinate and deliver a variety of <\/span><\/span>commercial and residential plumbing projects<\/span><\/span><\/b>, ensuring the team operates safely, efficiently, and to high standards.<\/span><\/span>

    Day -to -day, you’ll<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
    • Supervise and coordinate site -based plumbing crews<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Manage materials, schedules, and subcontractors<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Support apprentices and less experienced plumbers<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Communicate with clients, builders, and suppliers<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Monitor project progress and quality outcomes<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Contribute to problem -solving and job planning<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • This is a hands -on leadership role that blends practical plumbing expertise with site coordination and team development.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>
      What You’ll Bring<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
      • Qualified plumber (Cert III minimum)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Experience on commercial or residential plumbing projects<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Excellent communication and organisation skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • A team -first mindset with natural leadership ability<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Comfortable using digital job management tools<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Current manual driver’s licence and White Card<\/span><\/span><\/span>
