The Installer - Plumber is involved in the delivery and installation of appliances, including plumbing and gas connections, at customers’ premises in a timely and professional manner. The Installer - Plumber will operate with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost, and Team, and align with company values.

• Install, and inspect various home appliances for customers.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks to meet customer expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude during interactions with customers.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

• Plumbing Cert/Licence.
• Gas Fitter Licence.
• C Class Licence

• Strong safety focused including safe manual handling knowledge and experience.
• Ability to maintain a  professional and calm manner whilst working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results and targets driven with a proactive, can do approach.
• Experience performing installations in a home environment
