Pressure Welder | Acacia Ridge | $50 - $56 p/hr + pens

🛠️ Opportunity: Safely complete pressure welding and testing of Company products, including skids, pipe spools, and pressure vessels.
🎓 Experience: Certified MIG (GMAW, FCAW) and MMAW welder, ASME IX and AS/NZS3992 qualified, with exceptional work ethic and prior pressure welding experience in industrial, mining, or gas sectors.
💰 Responsibilities: Fabricate products to high standards, weld water/gas pipes (AS4041-2006, ASME B31.3-2008), test and record pipe spools (AS4037), and operate various workshop equipment.
📜 Extras: Enforce Manufacturing Procedure, QA Testing Procedure, and Inspection & Checking. Complete and pass a 6G weld coupon test.

KPIs: Fabricate skids and pressure vessels defect-free within allocated times. Follow OH&S procedures, report hazards, and participate in OH&S training.
