The Project: Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant
Be part of one of Western Australia's most significant water infrastructure builds. The Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant (ASDP) will become WA's third seawater desalination facility, initially delivering 50 billion litres of drinking water each year. 
What's on offer

• Monday to Friday roster, home every night
• 10 to 11.5 hour days with plenty of overtime
• Competitive hourly rates plus daily tool and travel allowances
• Work directly under the lead contractor on one of WA's biggest water projects

What we're looking for

• Trade-qualified with experience on major construction, water or mining projects
• Experience on industrial or process plant builds highly regarded
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Strong safety focus and a team-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual and committed for the duration of the project
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen

Tickets and Licences

• Trade qualification (Cert III) in Boilermaking/Welding, Engineering – Mechanical Trade, or Fitting
• High Risk Work Licence (desirable)
• White Card - Mandatory
• Working at Heights and Confined Space within 2 years - Mandatory
• Current Driver's Licence - Mandatory
• Full Working Rights in Australia
