ABOUT THE ROLE<\/b> <\/span>

As a Painting Apprentice, your duties will include:
<\/span><\/p>

• Carrying out measurements and basic calculations<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Erecting and maintaining trestle and plank systems<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Handling painting and decorating materials<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Using painting and decorating tools and equipment<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Removing and replacing doors, windows, and components<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Preparing surfaces for painting<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Applying paint using brushes and rollers<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Applying textured coating finishes by brush, roller, roller, and spray<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    <\/p><\/li>

  • A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic<\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • The ability to follow instructions and take direction<\/span> <\/span>
