If you know your way around a blast pot and an airless spray unit, we want to talk. Prime Recruitment is placing experienced Industrial Painters and Blasters across multiple live projects in the mining and heavy industrial sectors — metro Perth and regional WA.

These aren't fly-by-night gigs. We're talking established companies, strong safety cultures, and ongoing pipelines of work.

What you'll be doing

• Surface prep, abrasive blasting, and removal of existing coatings
• Application of industrial paints and protective coating systems to heavy machinery, structural steel, and industrial components
• Operating airless spray equipment to spec — correct DFT, right finish, every time
• QA/QC checks, job documentation, and reporting
• Working to site safety procedures without exception

What you'll bring

• Solid experience as an Industrial Painter/Blaster in mining, construction, or heavy industry
• Trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Proficiency with airless spray equipment and knowledge of industrial coating systems
• Understanding of inspection methods, QA/QC, and coating standards
• Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets — highly regarded
• Physical fitness and the right attitude for varying site conditions
