Downer’s Energy & Utilities business has opportunities for casual Qualified Painter Blaster’s with a MISC for an upcoming FIFO project at Port Hedland, WA. You will provide your expertise in maintaining fixed plant within a shutdown, project environment ensuring that work is completed safely, effectively and to the required standard.

ABOUT YOU

• Site Proficient: Pervious experience working within a Shutdown, Minesite Heavy industry environment.
• Technically Proficient: Experienced in the safe use of hand tools and equipment required to perform tasks.
• Team Oriented: Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety.
• Site Qualifications: Hold full working rights in Australia, with a Trade certificate, White Card, MSIC, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Test Atmospheres tickets and Fire Certificate (within 5 years validity). Must be clean shaven. Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical.
